Asayufu / Carter's collab at Veraison Wines
After a successful collaboration in Tokyo with London’s own Whyte’s, Kim from Asayufu is coming to Veraison Wines for just one night. Asayufu, meaning ‘everyday’, is a lab innovating in Japanese fermented cuisine. On the night she’ll be collaborating with Frank from Carter’s who has been popping up in South London for the last couple of years most recently at Italo Deli and the popular residency at The Crooked Well before it changed hands.
They’ll be bringing a British Japanese menu for you to enjoy along with a great selection of wines from Veraison.
